Yes, we welcome patients of all ages, including children. Our providers are experienced in pediatric care and offer services tailored to infants, children, and adolescents.

Parkway ENT and Allergy accepts the majority of insurance plans but does not accept CHIP or Star plans for new patients.  Please contact our front desk to verify if we take your specific insurance plan. 

No, telehealth visits are not currently offered.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make changes

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. Arriving 15 minutes early helps ensure a smooth check-in process and give yourself time to fill out new patient paperwork.

Yes. Our patient portal (Healow) allows you to view test results, request refills, send secure messages, and manage appointments—all from your computer or mobile device.
