Everyone was friendly, effecient and courteous from the staff up front, to the nurse to the doctor. Best doctors visit I have had in quite some time. My son needed his tongue tie cut, and I was so nervous. The front staff were welcoming and helpful, as was the nurse who assisted! Dr. Donepudi was great! He was kind and informative, and I left feeling at ease!

I am very satisfied with the care that I have received from Dr. Sycamore. He is personable and thorough with explaining his diagnosis and treatment plan. Another big plus is I've always been seen on time!

We had a nice chat about the results of my recent MRI. The doctor said it was stable and I appeared fine. That was good news to me. He recommended another MRI of the tumor in two years and if it remains stable, not to worry about it unless there was a change in circumstances. While I had the doctor’s attention I mentioned what I told his nurse earlier. I checked the patient portal before my MRI appointment on 9/23/2021 to review the August 3, 2020 doctor’s report but there was nothing there. The only data in the portal was my medications. He said the front office posts data in the portal but he will speak with them. As good as I feel about Dr. Sycamore, I’m not impressed with the clerical support. I’ll be checking on what information is posted in the portal in the future. The portal is convenient for scheduling appointments a reviewing my files but there’s no sense to it if the records aren’t going to be there. ... Read More

Everyone in this office is kind, helpful and personable. I was referred by a friend and will definitely refer others. The office staff were helpful, the nurse and doctor were both very nice and thorough.

Very nice staff. Easy appointment without a long wait. Seen on time. Doctor was pleasant and listened to me and answered my questions. He was very straight forward with me as to what to expect from the recommended treatment.

Dr. Sycamore is a great doctor.He takes the time to explain.I might be mistaken but he is one of the few doctor's I know that will take the time to ensure their patients worries are addressed.I leave his office feeling that he's got my back.
